Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant RAS net profit rises 36% to 5.4 bln rbl ‘17
MOSCOW, Mar 28 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant rose 35.7% to 5.379 billion rubles in 2017, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the company said in a report Wednesday.
Revenue rose 26.7% to 29.67 billion rubles, the gross profit increased 14.2% to 8.286 billion rubles, and cost of sales grew 32.3% to 21.383 billion rubles.
Sales profit went up 17.9% to 6.128 billion rubles, and pretax profit increased 35.4% to 6.737 billion rubles.
The company’s long-term liabilities rose 1.4% in 2017 to 266.196 million rubles as of December 31, while short-term liabilities decreased 37% to 5.379 billion rubles.
